with over 8 years of coaching experience. Lea started as a Leadership
Consultant at Mariposa Leadership and has since focused her practice
in leadership skill-development with her corporate clients. She primarily
works with CEOs and management teams, developing stronger communication,
presence, influence and vision. She does retain non-corporate clients
as well, ranging from new business owners to individuals seeking broader
coaching and mentoring. She also serves as a faculty member at New
Ventures West, a San Francisco based coaching facility, where she
teaches and certifies new coaches. |
